We celebrated Ella's 2nd birthday yesterday with a few close friends and lots of family. We had a great time and were glad all of you could make it. We were missing a few special people but understand it doesn't always work out! Thanks for making Ella's day super special and thanks for all the wonderful gifts!
We went with an owl theme this year to go with her invitations.
We used some of the decorations from last year and some I ordered from etsy.com (if you arent familiar with this site, check it out, youll fall in love). The decor from last year went perfect with the decor from this year. We were pleased with the outcome.

Grandma Jo Jo brought homemade icecream, the cupcakes, and Ella's cake from the Pie Kitchen in Louisville. The cupcakes and icecream were a huge hit! Thanks Grandma Jo Jo
Not all the food is shown here. We had a light lunch of chicken salad, cucumber sandwichs (thanks to great gma Ann!), salami, cheese, fruit, veggies, and lemonade. Grandma Joyce and I worked hard for two days getting all the food and decorations together. Thanks Grandma Joyce for all your hard work!!

It meant a lot to us that Tom's grandma and aunt and uncle were able to travel from Wisconsin for Ella's party. Thanks for celebrating with us guys!
Ella got so many wonderful toys from everyone! There has not been near enough time to play with them all yet. So far she loves the woody and bullseye and the remote control car.
Again, Thanks to everyone! Luckily the three of us have had a relaxing day at home. We are all beat!!!
