Ella loves smoothies and we are always trying different ingredients. It turned out pretty darn yummy for both mommy and Ella's liking.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1cup of frozen berries
1cup of tropical frozen fruit blend
handful or so of fresh spinach
1/2 cup to 1 cup of soy milk or almond milk
squeeze of honey
using the frozen berries helps to eliminate having to use ice
Yummy, Pretty, Healthy.....
And Voila....
Kidlet approved and Mommy approved...
Ella sucked down a huge glass of it and I had one as well.
